General Machining
BARDAP Hydraulics has increased its capability to provide a complete repair and maintenance services of all hydraulic equipment as well as manufacture of custom desgined hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic components. Our accomplishment of expanding into general maching facilities allows us to achieve optimal workflow, fast turn-a-round time and ability to cover our client’s urgent and specific requirement.
Machining Services include:
- Turning, Milliing, Drilling
- Refurbishing of hydraulic components and all industrial equipment
- Manufacturing of required replacement parts e.g.
- Manual machining of general components as requested

Workshop
BARDAP Hydraulics has a fully equipped workshop to carryout repairs, overhauls
and testings of hydraulic components from pumps, motors, cylinders, control valves,
accumulators, gear boxes etc. include
- Hydraulic Cylinder repairs/servicing
- 200 kW electrical test bench in total
- Fully equipped machine shop
- Power pack assembly area
- Clean repair area
- Shop test area
- Spray paint booth
- Yard work area (735 sqm.) and storage area

Machine Shop

New machine shop includes:
- Heavy duty 3 meter bed lathe with 800 mm diameter swing
- Medium duty 2 meter bed lathe with 500 diameter swing
- Light duty 1 meter bed lathe
- Turret milling machine, with adaptors capable of all milling machine requirements
Complementing our workshop facility, our new installed medium and heavy duty
lathes allow us to satisfy demanding requirement of clients with large industry
equipment and produce specialised component sizes to suit our client needs.

Test Facilities
Pump & Motor Testing
- Manifold facility allows for hydrostatic transmissions to be tested together as would be in operation,
allowing for an overall correct volumetric efficiency test.
- Capacity to test open and closed circuit pumps, with manifold control reverse switching and auxiliary boost
supplement supply if needed
- Motor testing done by connection through a motor test stand and hydro statically loading a hydraulic motor.
- Electrically driven 150 kW pump & motor testing bench
- Capacity up to 750 litre/minute @350 Bar
- Auxiliary boost 4 kW vane pump 40 litre/minute
- Hydraulic clutch soft start, for safe start up, to testing
- Back to back transmission testing to full pressure capacity.
- Electronic input equipment for testing electronically controlled pumps

Hydraulic Motor and Cylinder Testing
- Testing facilities for both high flow, low pressure and medium flow, high pressure
- 18.5 kW with 0 to 127 litre/minute variable flow @ 70 Bar
- Predominantly used for testing large radial piston motors and pre-filling large cylinders for
pressure testing
Cylinder Motor and Valve Testing
- 22 kW with 0 to 45 litre/minute available flow @ 240 Bar variable to 65 litre @ 165 Bar
- Used for testing hydraulic cylinders, high speed hydraulic motors and hydraulic valving both hydraulic
piloted and electronically controlled
